Capio is looking for a Senior Service Owner for our ITSM platform who wants to take clear overall responsibility for a business-critical platform in a socially important operation. You will have a significant mandate, the opportunity to make a real impact, and a central role in Capio's digital transformation. The position is full-time, permanent, based at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

Your roleAs a senior service owner for Capio's ITSM platform, you have clear ownership of the entire service – from vision and roadmap to development, management, and user experience. The platform is used by approximately 60 different operational and support functions within IT, HR, payroll, procurement, and finance, and forms a common foundation for orders, case management, self-service, and invoicing.
You are responsible for keeping the platform cohesive, steering priorities, standardizing working methods where it provides benefits, and creating flexibility where the business requires it. The goal is to make processes faster, clearer, and more efficient, with a particular focus on self-service, customer portal, and automated flows.
In this role, you will work closely with the business, internal teams, and external suppliers, both nationally and internationally, to plan and follow up on development efforts, review deliveries, and ensure that improvements, upgrades, and UX changes provide real benefits. You will also be responsible for governance, rules, and permissions. You will serve as a natural escalation point and cohesive force between IT, support, and the business. The role also includes financial responsibility and business management.
About youYou have several years of experience working with ITSM platforms, preferably Ivanti, and have held roles as service owner or similar with clear responsibility for both development and management. You have a deep understanding of ITIL and are used to translating frameworks and best practices into functioning working methods in a complex organization.
You thrive in the intersection of technology, process, and business, and are accustomed to leading change, driving cross-functional initiatives, and collaborating with many different stakeholders. You are comfortable in dialogue with both the business and suppliers and have the ability to structure needs, write requirements, and prioritize between competing initiatives.
As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a clear overall perspective. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and are comfortable in the role of the platform's primary representative.
Technical skills
You have 5 years of experience with ITSM platforms
Good understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Asset Management, CMDB, and self-service
Configuration of ITSM platforms, including workflow, automation, and integrations
Development and management of customer portals and self-service solutions
Data quality, structure, and follow-up in platform-related working methods
Basic financial flows related to IT services and invoicing
You are also used to working according to agile principles and coordinating internal teams, consultants, and suppliers in both weekly and monthly development cycles.
